Genuine, experienced, and effective
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in adults with burnout, depression, and anxiety. Working with you is an honor, and my respect for your story is the foundation of my practice. I use evidenced-based practices such as:

Training and Education
I graduated from Hendrix College with distinction in psychology. Funded by NASA, I studied how our personalities lead to fatigue, psychological burnout, and emotional exhaustion. A lifelong dream fanatic, I also worked in the sleep-lab and studied brain-waves.
From there, I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology at James Madison University in Virginia, specializing in person-centered, evidence-based, and holistic solutions for anxiety and depression. I was also trained in Ericksonian hypnosis.
After completing my advanced practicum at the University of Virginia and a 2,000 hour clinical internship year at the University of South Carolina, I completed an additional 2,000 supervised post-doctoral clinical hours at the Fowler Institute in Little Rock, where I developed a specialty focus in treating high performers and professionals experiencing burnout and symptoms of adult ADHD.
I love working with people from all over the world, and of all orientations and backgrounds.
For fun I play drums, pickle-ball, hike, watch HBO, explore virtual reality, and practice tai chi.

Whether by office or telehealth, time with me is confidential, healing, and constructive. I will challenge you to become more self-aware of your strengths and how to use them to thrive.
We will quickly and thoroughly study your mental health, habits, relationships, history, and important memories. We will then come up with a plan together that will help you meet your goals. We will apply targeted interventions towards the specific areas that will be most effective.
When you talk with me in session, you will notice yourself getting relief, insight, and confidence. You’ll gain more direction about your situation and how to move forward. You will learn skills taught to you in ways that you can understand and master. You will get a better sense of your true self, and life will be more meaningful and enjoyable again.
